This only means that there is no autorun.inf file on the disk, or that the autorun feature have been disabled on your computer.
There was a time when it was unusual for a CD to autorun.
Insert the disk in your computer.
Open the explorer (finder if using a Mac) and navigate to the disk.
You should see some files, including at least one executable, probably some readme file and some more.
Open and read any readme or other text/document file you see. At least one of those should contain the instruction you need to install the needed softwares and drivers.
You probably need to run a file named something like install.exe, setup.exe or menu.exe.
If you have a Mac, look for a mac or apple folder.
