go 910 freeze?

TomTom GO 910 freezes after turn on. Three years old,used twice. Best Buy said would look at, if could not fix would send out. Told it needs to be rebooted. Today I was told they can't do anything. What can I do?????

bin it and dont buy tom tom as we have had 2 new 910s and both have had the same problem.
