I know this thread is old, but I have the same screwdriver and I would like also to know about how to reassemble the gear box of it.
Actually I have reassembled it and everything seems correct, but the function that you can use it as simple screwdriver when you don't push the switch, it doesn't work. Instead the motor is moving and the gears are moving too, so that doesn't lock for screwing.
When you use it with the switch, it is working fine.
Do you have any clue about what is wrong with this?
Could be something wrong in assembling?
If we had a picture diagram of this, everything would be much easier...
