What card is it (SD) ? is the card ok , check it on somthing else like mobile phone or a card reader on a pc , If its no good go to CELL PLUS website they are really good value and half the price of the shops. otherwise try samsung for some support and if its out of warranty sound like you will have to buy a new one,
