Dolmar saw will not start?

I have a dolmar 109 chainsaw. but it will not start i have removed the sparkplug to see if there is a spark. No spark, so i replaced it. The chainsaw started to work but seemed to be on half power. Then it would not start again. No spark. If the mixture had to much oil in it would this cause the sparkplug not to work?

yes air filter cleaned. Also removed the plug and the plug was very wet. It is only a new plug. I will try and clean the plug again with a wire brush and also make up a new mixture. I think too much 2 stoke was added to the petrol. Would this cause the problem with the spark plug?

It sounds like the spark plug is being fouled by an over rich mixture...have you cleaned the air filter? If the plug is taken out and cleaned, it should work again fine.
