??unable to fully load memory pens?

I have 2 memory pens (1) 256mb & (2) is 512mb after putting approx to 25 - 50 mb of data on the pens, they will not let me any more data on them saying that they are full, what does it mean?

You can try reformatting the pens - that normally works, not only with USB pen drives, but also with hard disks too.
