hi i have had this item for a number of years and unfortunately i have lost the instructions for it, can any of you kind people help me with this problem?

Yes, I have instuctions for that model. But I am in need of the big plastic knob that screws on where the water goes in, and turns the steamer on and off. Any one tell where I can get one.
