Simpson Silencio 850 leaks with only periodic use?

I have replaced the pressure switch on this Simpson Silencio 850 dishwasher and it tested ok, with good water levels. However this tenant only uses the dishwasher occasionally, and each time they use it it floods over the floor. Why would limited use cause this?

It shouldn't make any difference how often it is used. You need to run the machine and watch what happens to see if you can pinpoint where the water comes out of. Also you need to check if machine has overfilled at the time that it leaks. Once you know where the water comes out it should be easy to fix.
