MY SERVICE WASHING MACHINE IS MAKING AN AWFUL NOISE WHEN IT SPINS. WHEN YOU ROTATE THE DRUM WHEN EMPTY IT SEEMS TO GRATE/RUB A BIT. IT IS UNDER WARRANTY UNTIL JULY BUT I REALLY FEEL LIKE BUYING A NEW ONE - DREADFUL MACHINE.

WHAT COULD BE THE MATTER WITH IT?

Typical servis, sounds like the bearings have gone, i suggest you stop using it, as the worse it gets, the more damage in the long run it will do to the machine, which will cost alot more to fix. Probably better off buying a new machine
