I have just installed a sy700 in a nissan pulsar but after I put in the code (wrong at first) but now I can't clear the "err" on the screen to put the right code in. How do I clear it so I can start again. Thanks in advance.

Apparently if it contains a zero you press the relevant number ten times. Can someone confirm this?

After reading the manual over and over, it finally clicked, you must leave the key on the accessories position and the radio switched on so thet "ERR" is displaying. Leave it on like this for an hour after which time it will reset back to "CODE" then enter your code again.

Remember with the code it is entered as follows:

Using the 1 2 3 4 memory keys with your code you MUST enter as follows, if code is 3241, this means
Hit the 1 Memory 3 times then a '3' will display
Hit the 2 Memory 2 times then a '2' will display
Hit the 3 Memory 4 times then a '4' will display
Hit the 4 Memory 1 time then a '1' will display
