Why doesn't my Panasonic RDP212n retain preset stations?

I have a Citroen C5 which came with a Panasonic cq-RDP212n radio/cd player.
When I turn it off it loses any preset radio station settings I have entered. Is it bust or can someone tell me how to fix it?
Thanks,
Tom

On Citroen & Peugeot models (as well as Vauxhall,Saab and VW/Audi), the permanent and ignition live feeds are the wrong way round for an aftermarket stereo. You just need to swop these 2 wires round. You should be able to do it on the wiring plug supplied with your new CD player. The red and yellow wires are usually split by bullet connectors allowing them to be swopped round easily. So, connect the red to yelloow and the yelloow to red and the problem will be solved. Autoleads part number PC2-04-4 is required if you are unable to swop the wires round yourself.
