i start my hotpoint aquarius on fast wash and it does the pre wash and moves on to the wash cycle but it stops there and will not move on, then the eco and pre wash lights flash on and off fast and it does,nt go any further, any idea,s please?

According to the Instructions for Installation and Use supplied with my machine (page17), the two lights flashing indicate a possible filter blockage.
Turn off machine, remove filter from base of machine, rinse under running water to remove all food debris, replace and restart.
