vokera compact boiler problems?

hello,

Today my vokera 24 compact boiler cut out there is a soild red light on the front and the pressure is 0. Trying to add pressure with the taps does nothing no water runs though the system.

Currently there is no heating or hot water any sugestions on troubleshooting it.
