I am trying to fit a tigerloop on a wallstar Model 15/20 do i need to put a return pipe on and if so where any diagrams.

The normal fitting for this deaeration device is a single oil pipe from the tiger loop to the tank, and your burner pump needs to be set for two pipe operation - one pipe takes oil from the tiger loop to the burner, while the other one returns oil from the burner back to the tiger loop.
