Washing machine goes through cycle,
1/ Completes wash cycle
2/ Does rinse cycle
3/ Does not spin and drain final rinse water.
4/ Motor runs while in spin mode, drum does not spin or drain
What can I do to repair?
Make Whirlpool commercial washer, Ultimate Care11, direct drive
