I have experienced this one.
Pull out the drawer and pull out the mesh tray from the conditioner compartment. Then look at the rear of that tray, there is a small pillar that the mesh tray fits over. Ensure that the hole that goes through this is free from any gunk, use a snall knife if need be to carefully clear the hole.
Secondly, if you have been inside the lid of the washing machine, you will notice a metal rod going from the conditioner tray to the program dial. When you turn the program control through the cycles (ensure power is off), make sure that the lever moves this metal rod as it passes through the conditioner fill cycle.If not make sure that the lever is not stuck or flipped out of the guide. This cam will activate the fill cycle of the conditioner tray. Hope this helps, K
