How can i fix my compact 80 e boiler?

Recently had the boiler serviced. Heating side of boiler not coming on.Changed the micro switch and also the thermister and overheating stat but to no avail.I have since put a new circuit board on but the problems still there.Any ideas?

have you checked external controls eg faulty room stat, water pressure ok?

Are the Flow & Return Valves open under the boiler? is the Room thermostat calling for heat, is the time clock in an ON Period ?
