Start with Yellow Pages for the Country / Area where you live - I believe the days of travelling service engineers are long gone.
It will be a carry in service and, in my experience, several weeks and a biggish cost. You might try the Panasonic customer services number for your country - they should be able to tell you the approved service people in your locality - they did this for me.
Mine was out of warranty but I sweet-talked the agent on the 'phone and had a £250 repair done as a warranty job but it was still 3 weeks.
