Samsung Fridge Freezer - Fridge frosted up?

Hi

My Samsung SR 22026 Fridge Freezers's fridge is really frosted up - The element is behind salad box and ice is now underneath both boxes and snowy behind top one
I dont know how to defrost as Freezer is fine.
