panasonic sa th70 fan no power?

system overheating , when stripped no power on the connector that supplies the fan , also at the base of the pcb with the fan connector there is an edge connector with 2 pins maked fan + and fan - there is no power there also ,im stuck now!

CP704 is the probably the connector you found.
The fan motor switching consists of Q553/Q554/Q505.
Should have 9V at emitter of Q554.

The fan doesn't run continously, only at higher load. So if your testing the fan be sure to crank the volume up, don't expect it to spin at low volume levels anyway.
