How can i fix my disherwasher, Diplomat ADP8322? ?

Model number ADP8322
Put dishwasher on but dishes are not washing. Put on again and it blew a fuse, now there is water at the bottom.

Firstly you will have to remove the water from the tray underneath, let it dry, replace the fuse. Then run the machine and determine where the leak is coming from, then rectify the leak.
