How long should the normal wash cycle be on a Diplomat dishwasher?

Our dishwasher seems to be on the normal wash for at least 3 hours. This is too long?

There is no nornal wash cycle time as there are so many variables to take into consideration.
Water pressure, water temp, elements furred up, partially blocked pump. If the cycle finishes and the dishes are clean I would say there is no fault.
