we have a Logik freeview box. this worked fine until your system was upgraded some six months ago when we were told to get the best results that we should leave the system on 'standby'. this works fine for 3-4 days but the next time the system is switched on it says the set top box is updating and we have to wait for 10 mins or so before we can view the tv/guide facility. This is very frustrating! Can you tell us why please

I am also looking for these instructions for a customer who has purchased 3 of these,I am in the process of setting one up to talk the customer through it but the manual whould be very handy to pass on also
