Hi can anyone help ? I have just run sky+ upstairs to my bedrrom from the back of the sky box. I have joined it to a magic eye and used the correct codes on the sky+ remote so it works the TV but for some reason it will not change the channels on sky. Any ideas please ?

First of all you need to turn on the power to the RF2 output. At the Sky box use the remote to choose, Services", 4, 0, 1, "Select", "RF Outlets", "RF Outlet Power Supply" switch to ON. Finally: "Save New Settings".

Second you don't use the Sky Remote in TV mode to switch channels via the magic eye. You use the Sky remote as though switching channel on the Sky Box itself.
