how can i fix my samsung j700?

i looked at my phone and the couler had run in the screen but the screen hadnt craked how can i fix it and how much would it cost for me to get it fixed.

This is not a lcd problem it is belt problem u have to change the belt that conects the both parts lcd and main circuit it will cost around 200 RS.
