i have a Hoover HNWL 7146, washer/dryer, it has finished the cycle but still full of water.
Have tried using 'drain' and 'spin' cycles, but still full of water.

May have to check the waterpump that it is working properly and also check for any blogage in hoses, since you have full cycle operating the belts should be ok. I would start with the pump and hoses first.
