how do i reset the programmer on the beko ecocare wma1614w?

the programmer continues to click around without washing - i cannot locate the manual to find the factory reset position

i have a beko wma641w washing machine ive the bushes replaced but it still wont work wont spin or fill up what can i do i have no manual

this might sound strange try switching the machine of at the mains plug overnight it sort of reboots the machine hope it works for you

if programme keeps clicking round u have a fault with it and will need a engineer
