WG1095W - Fills and Drains but will not agitate or spin out?

I have an INDESIT washing machine model WG1095W - it is just few years old. It fills, moves through the programmes and The drum turns freely by hand - Can anyone help me with a fix? Any suggestions PLEASE.

1st check to see if belt off if cant hear motor spinning u need to replace the brushes in the motor then should work
