any further advice?

I still cant fix my thomson box have tried everything has anyone got any further advice, are top up tv offering to change boxes, has anyone got through? Is it for the bin do we think?

I had a thompson dt16300 that died. I got in touch with topuptv website and after a few e-mails I had it replaced by courier, no charge, very little hassle................the only trouble is this one has died now.......didn't even last as long as the first one

Not sure what you have tried so far. I found this on a site and it worked for me. Unplug both the main supply and the aerial input. Leave for 30 seconds. Hold down the On-Off/Standby switch and re isnert the power lead. As soon as the light comes on press the two left hand buttons and hold for a few seconds. I then left the machine for 30 minutes (I got called away so I don't know if this step is significant) and when I tried the remote it was working again. Good luck
