Volume contoller?

Hi, my AIWA CX-NA707 cd player volume dial wont work. When I turn it to the right to go louder it goes and when I go to the left to go quiter it goes louder. It goes lower sometimes. PLEASE HELP

you have to open the unit and adjust the volume dial from inside,this problem is common with these radios.after so much presure being put on the knob it fails to operate correctly,if you don't feel comfortable doing this just take it to a repair shop its an easy fix.
