how can i fix my diplomat adp8132?

dishwasher takes on water but will not do a wash . itthen pumps out water and stops. 4 out of 5 lights flash diplomat adp8132

try to reset the pcb tern on appliance from on/off switch hit the program button p 4times in 3 seconds two lights comes on first and last led then turn switch off then on one light comes on its reset its hard but doit quick.
