Hi I have a Sony Trinitron, the old crt type .It has built in freeview and the digital ariel is connected to the digital imput at the rear of the tv, but I can only recieve channels 1-5 and the bbc freeview channels, no film 4 , itv2 etc.the auto tune is greyed out and not available. please advise.

Take out Aerial automatically reset it then connect Aerial then reset again.
