Same problem with #24nd #31 Lexmark's help desk is totaly worthless you can barley understand the English at least I think that is what they are speaking. Have now gone through two #24 cartridges with the same Incorrect cartridge message yet the orignal just comes up low ink. I think they are shipping out refilled cartridges.
