all these box's have gone down due to topup tv downloads between sunday night onwards.
most of them can be sorted out as the problem was coused by them but all your libery will be wiped clean which means that these box's are not fit for the purpose that they were made for so they are offering to give you a replcement box f o c and your other one will still work but that doe's not resolve all your the fact that all your recordings have been wiped clean and topup tv in the book say to build up a libery of favarite programs forget disc's and tape's!!!!!!! if we still all had our disc's and tape's we would all still have things we had recorded.we shuold all cancel our subscriptions to them.
