how can I fix my suprima 60L?

my potterton suprima 60L is being a bit hit and miss at the moment, it only works when it feels like it!
I'm told there are little tubes inside which can become clogged with dust. Is this true? It clicks like it wants to start for ages, then the fan trys to start for ages, then it will work for 10 minutes and go off again! can't find the paperwork that came wth it so plumber and electrician a bit stumped

Very likely to be the PCB, the new PCB is complete with a Wiring loom and Gear tray and yes is pricey, we charge approx £265 +Vat to upgrade a suprima control system, but new pcb is very good and well worth the outlay

Pottertons had problems with PCB control board. After a number of visits by local Gorgi engineers I got the manufacturers service bloke in to service and check control system I had stat and PCB replaced, its very ex[pensive but you get problem resolved. In my experience local guys are not so up to date with latest manufacturers product mmodifications. This means you could have a new PCB fitted which may not be of latest design and therefore fail soon afterwards.
