grateful for any help. when switching on my son's computer it takes me to options page i.e. safe mode, last good configuration etc no matter what option i choose it brings me straight back to the options page and i cannot go any further. i bought the desk top second hand from someone who fixed computers unfortunately they have now moved away and i have no windows install disc. again thanks for any help

Hello steve, i have had sooo many questions like this and they are very simple to solve. Firstly see if you can get another windows installer disc, i lost myne once and i calld someone out and they gave me another one, if its not that it needs re-instaling your motherbord could be on its way out, you can buy motherbords but they are tricky to replace for beginers, hope that helps mate
