Press the left hand button until the clock appears and the hours are flashing. Press the right hand button until the correct hours are displayed. Now wait until the minutes are flashing. Set them in the same way.
Now wait until the clock symbol is flashing and press the button again so that it stops flashing. Your clock is now set.
