Suction lost on carpet?

My dyson has lost suction on carpets. Works fine with the wand and attachments. Given all parts a clean etc but no joy. Any suggestions please.

put on its back turn the 3 coloured screw just 1/4 turn lift off the plate look inside for blockages.check the small hose on the bottom for splits.try that
