Saniflow does not cut off after flushing. is this simple to fix by cleaning?

If the standard Saniflow unit does not cut off after flushing the toilet can it be repaired by simple cleaning?

have you checked outlet pipe if they become blocked or frozen in winter the unit will keep pumping because it cannot clear the unit via the pipe
