I need to replace the belt on my Black & Decker GL701 strimmer, I've remove all the screws but the two halfs of the placstic casing will not serarate. Are there some hidden screws under the instructions or am I missing something obvious?
I am about to replace the broken flex shaft, and had the same problem with the casing. Ok, there is a hidden screw underneath the label. Wow,thanks a lot.

I've had the same problem - turns out there's another screw under the sticker on the casing.
I wish you better luck with the belt replacement itself, mine simply shredded as soon as I tried to use it again!
