my feezer is freezing but fridge is not getting cold?

I have an Indesit BAN12NFS refrigerator/freezer combination. The freezer is freezing but the fridge is not chilling. Can I fix it myself?

had the same problem with my hotpoint ff200e, i took the panels out in the back of the freezer, only 5 screws and 1 clip for the fan, then used an hair dryer to melt the ice that was blocking the airways to the fridge.
