i have had a wf541 hotpoint aqarius washing machine for 18 months and the concrete block at the bottom has just broke,is this a product manufacturers fault on their behalf as the man that is replacing it for me told he has never seen one break in any machine before.if anyone else has had a similar problem with this make of machine please reply,thanks
