This is driving me crackers my machine is not rinsing properly, which means washing still has soap in it when finished. Last time this happened I had an engineer out through my cover plan now this has finished and i have to pay for that service. I know it only took him 5 mins to do but I cant figure out where the filter is can you help at all .
