My G4 has low suction, checked all the obvious things?

Seems like the plastic turbine wheel may be spinning on the output shaft so that full suction is not aquired. Any thoughts on that and any other possible causes?

Check for blockages in the fan housing and filler tube inside the bag. It must be restriced somewhere.
