Tuning in my VCR to my PYE TV?

I wish to tune in my Pye Tv M1432/05 to my Hitachi VCR as l wish to play back videos and record TV programmes

Vcr may have a "test" position switch on the back - switch it to on and then retune your TV.

If no switch then put in a video that you know and press play then retune the TV and watch for the video being displayed.

The hitachi site has manuals for your VCR.
