Stuck wiring glow worm ultimate 70ff boiler?

I have a glow worm ultimate boiler and my system is a Danfoss heatplan pack with programmer and (2 x 2 port valves) the heatplan wiring looks straight forward, but confused with boiler looks like the boiler needs L,N,E + single pump supply wire, also mentions a permanent live to boiler but looking at it i think not required??? the confusing part is the 9-SL connections in the boiler it says take out the red link, what connects if anything to them??? or do i put the link in??
any help would be great

Permanent Live ... a permanent Live
SL= Switched Live, this is the Feed to Start the Boiler
PL= Pump Live, the Circulating Pump must be fed from this terminal.

The reason is that the Ultimate is a Low Water content Boiler, which has the need for the Pump to continue to operate after the boiler has shut down.

Hence the PERMANENT LIVE and PUMP LIVE. these two connect to enable the pupmp to over-run controlled by a thermostat in the boiler

i think external controls go in where the link comes out.
like the room stat or live that come from your wiring center
