Brand new and doesn't work. Item #8822-07?
I received a Crofton chocolate fountain for Christmas and didn't try to use it until last of March. The heating element did not work and the chocolate became firm again. I do not have the receipt, since it was a gift. Should I send it back to be fixed or would it cost me more than it is worth?
