Whilst digging a new flower bed I came across a drain pipe that has a broken off cuff. The gap is approx 2". The pipe is for surface water and is broken about 18" away from the house. Does anybody now what I can do. I understand that I can get a sleeve to wrap around the pipe and strap it on to keep it secure, but have been having problems finding one.

Any ideas, please.....

cover the hole with some thing dig around the pipe and
put some post concrete over it about 3" thick.
post concrete you put in dry then poor water on after
