How can I fix IBM 600x 2645 errors?

I have an IBM 600X and am getting errors 00161 and 00163 upon boot up. Any suggestions. I've seen to replace the CMOS battery for 00161-what about 00163? Any suggestions?

These errors refer to the time and date not being set and the CMOS battery having low or no charge.....they stem from the same issue. the cmos battery needs to be replaced, then set the date and time after you change it and all will be fine
