thread comes out of needle?

Hi every time i try and sew something the thread keeps coming out if the needle have never had this problem before, can anyone help

As Ken says, ensure the take-up arm is at its highest point. Pull a generous length of thread through the needle before you start, then hold it (gently) between your thumb and index finger as you start to sew, just applying enough tension to stop the end disappearing. Once a few stitches have been sewn, the thread should be securely anchored.

Either the needle is too small for the thread or inferior thread, if the thread comes out of the needle the moment you start to sew it could be because the takeup lever is down when you thread the machine not up.
